WELCOME

Welcome to Scrap Tower, my little corner of the world, where I share my creativity with you.

I enjoy many forms of crafting, from paper crafting to sewing. I make custom greeting cards for family and friends. I've made unique custom cards commissioned by friends.

I am proud to have been a card maker for the organization Operation Write Home (OWH) for several years supplying 1,000+ handmade cards for our HEROES.

I continue to make cards as gifts or to sell and I am testing a few other sewing and crochet projects to sell.

My current charitable project is Sew Powerful Purse and I have sewn and donated 20+ purses in the past two years. I plan to donate 10+ purses in 2018.

I enjoy sharing my creative passion with others, including children in Sunday School and Bible School, etc.

RED, WHITE, BLUE & KRAFT Hugs & Kisses - OWH Sketch #179 & Midweek Throwdown Color Challenge

Hey every body!! From soggy upstate SC.  I don't remember how long it has been since we had a day without some rain.  Thankfully, we are no longer in a drought.  And .... thankfully we have on again, off again periods of sunshine, but the ground is saturated.  LOL - the grass is growing so fast you can almost see it grow, but mowing the lawn involves dodging showers and hoping the mower doesn't bog down or get stuck!

Today, I am sharing one of my latest cards.  I used  Operation Write Home Sketch #179 from Sunday, June 30, 2013. I also incorporated the Midweek Throwdown Color Challenge to make a card with red, white, blue and kraft.

I am pleased with the result.

  1. Very nice paper combo and I like how you put your sentiment in a banner flag shape too! Glad you aren't in a drought but I hope you don't get too soggy either. :)
