WELCOME

Welcome to Scrap Tower, my little corner of the world, where I share my creativity with you.

I enjoy many forms of crafting, from paper crafting to sewing. I make custom greeting cards for family and friends. I've made unique custom cards commissioned by friends.

I am proud to have been a card maker for the organization Operation Write Home (OWH) for several years supplying 1,000+ handmade cards for our HEROES.

I continue to make cards as gifts or to sell and I am testing a few other sewing and crochet projects to sell.

My current charitable project is Sew Powerful Purse and I have sewn and donated 20+ purses in the past two years. I plan to donate 10+ purses in 2018.

I enjoy sharing my creative passion with others, including children in Sunday School and Bible School, etc.

Operation Write Home Sketch Challenge #209

Here is the card that I made for this week's Operation Write Home Sketch Challenge.

This is a cute digi stamp that I colored with Copics markers.
The paper are from American Crafts Romance collection (2 sided print/solid).
The sentiment is from Hero Arts OWH Set #LP278
Ink is Memnto Rich Cocoa
The three heart embellishments were punched from the solid side of one of the papers

Kitty Love

Here is the sketch I followed for this design.

  1. Well isn't he something sitting there so pretty with his head cocked to one side. I think so. Nice coloring on this one and seeing your card reminds me that I have that same paper somewhere and have been hoarding it. I need to find it and put it to good use. Love the punched hearts. Enjoy your day.

  3. I love your card! The kitty is so cute. Every time I see one in this style, it reminds me of the old Disney movie The Aristocats. I loved that movie as a young girl! Thanks for bringing me fond memories.
