WELCOME

Welcome to Scrap Tower, my little corner of the world, where I share my creativity with you.

I enjoy many forms of crafting, from paper crafting to sewing. I make custom greeting cards for family and friends. I've made unique custom cards commissioned by friends.

I am proud to have been a card maker for the organization Operation Write Home (OWH) for several years supplying 1,000+ handmade cards for our HEROES.

I continue to make cards as gifts or to sell and I am testing a few other sewing and crochet projects to sell.

My current charitable project is Sew Powerful Purse and I have sewn and donated 20+ purses in the past two years. I plan to donate 10+ purses in 2018.

I enjoy sharing my creative passion with others, including children in Sunday School and Bible School, etc.

OPERATION WRITE HOME - SKETCH CHALLENGE #205

Hi there!  I am so glad to get back to crafting again after the "busy-ness" of Christmas.  Yay !!!

I really like today's Clean and Simple Card Sketch #205. Thank you to Cindy at Mostly Markers - Cards Blogspot for the inspiration for this Sketch.  It will definitely be a "go to" Sketch for me.

Here is the first card made today using this Sketch:
Circle of Love
Paper:   Classic Calico Vol. 3, Studio Calico by American Crafts, 6x6 pad
Cut file for Silhouette:  love by  Inspired Jules
Embellishments:   CANDi, Choc-a-Mocha collection by CraftWorkCards (UK) (just love these little do-dads)

I also made a card using the negative portion of the love circle. You know how we 'scrappers' are - just can't stand to let a perfect negative cut go to waste.

Here is Sketch #205:

I have more digis and images and papers out that will be perfect for this Sketch. I am eager to make a variety of cards using #205.

Thank you !

  1. Very nice card sending the perfect sentiment of love. Someone will be very happy to receive this one. There is something so special about a black and white card.
