Welcome to Scrap Tower, my little corner of the world, where I share my creativity with you.

I enjoy many forms of crafting, from paper crafting to sewing. I make custom greeting cards for family and friends. I've made unique custom cards commissioned by friends.

I am proud to have been a card maker for the organization Operation Write Home (OWH) for several years supplying 1,000+ handmade cards for our HEROES.

I continue to make cards as gifts or to sell and I am testing a few other sewing and crochet projects to sell.

My current charitable project is Sew Powerful Purse and I have sewn and donated 20+ purses in the past two years. I plan to donate 10+ purses in 2018.

I enjoy sharing my creative passion with others, including children in Sunday School and Bible School, etc.

OWH Sketch #147

This one is a bit waaaaay out there for me, but it was fun to put together.

Wild Saffron - Way Out Hi!
I am interested to know what you think about this.

The DP is from KandCompany Wild Saffron pad.

  1. Brings me back to the 1970's. Groovy!

  2. I love your card. The color combinations are wonderful.

  3. This is beautiful, Susan! Your background DPs and sentiment are in perfect scale with the bold flower. Love the little touches of text and the sentiment banner!

  4. I think it's beautiful! I love that big flower and the color scheme. Thanks for joining us in this week's Operation Write Home Sketch Challenge!

  5. This is so different with the many colors and big flower...I really like it! The "Hi" sentiment seems to bring the whole card together. TFS and thinking "outside the box".

  6. Susan, I love all the different papers. I think it's a great card for this sketch. Have a wonderful week.

  7. I love the elements! The patterns work so well together, great job!

  8. I think this card is beautiful!! I love your mix of patterns - the colors work so well together!
