Welcome to Scrap Tower, my little corner of the world, where I share my creativity with you.

I enjoy many forms of crafting, from paper crafting to sewing. I make custom greeting cards for family and friends. I've made unique custom cards commissioned by friends.

I am proud to have been a card maker for the organization Operation Write Home (OWH) for several years supplying 1,000+ handmade cards for our HEROES.

I continue to make cards as gifts or to sell and I am testing a few other sewing and crochet projects to sell.

My current charitable project is Sew Powerful Purse and I have sewn and donated 20+ purses in the past two years. I plan to donate 10+ purses in 2018.

I enjoy sharing my creative passion with others, including children in Sunday School and Bible School, etc.

OWH Sketch #146

I am in the process of making LOVE cards for Operation Write Home, so I decided to use today's OWH Sketch #146 for this LOVE is in the air card.

LOVE is in the air

Pattern Paper:  Hearts and Pink Stripes - Fancy Pants Dancing Girl, double sided
Graphic/Sentiment:  K&Company  Sweet Talk Postage Stamps

Here is OWH Sketch #146

Thank you for stopping by !!!!

  1. Oooh, very pretty! The embossed banner adds a great touch.

  2. I saw your card and chuckled...great minds think alike! Your heart dp is soooo darn cute! tfs!!!

  3. You did a great job coordinating everything. Beautiful.

  4. I love that DP and how the layering is just as wide (or really, narrow) as the outlines for the hearts - it really gives it a crisp look without adding too much black. Beautiful bird and sentiment too. TFS!

  5. Love the pastels! Adding the texture to the banner paper really finishes the card nicely!!

  6. Really cute, Susan! Love the floaty hearts and the "love is in the air" sentiment together. Thanks for joining us in this week's Operation Write Home Sketch Challenge!
